Great products offered at reasonable prices with fast delivery times

Customer service. Crap.
Try to say you didn't purchase from them when you have emails and proof of payments. Pram is crap. Cheap. Left me without a pram daughter is on Chemo so I solely rely on a pram for her to sit in whilst having her treatment. Useless never again after spending hundreds on different items will I use them again. I have a oema worth £160 sat there unusable. GREAT NOT.

UPDATED... Had you of read the whole thread prior to me ringing this morning another colleague told me the below "Hi Courtney, LTN38LPM is not a online4baby order number, ours all begin ORD. I think maybe this was purchased with another retailer?" I provided numerous evidence of buying this from you along with other orders over the past year and a bit. I provided the name it was under Twice this was ignored and told there was no order. I provided screenshots of proof and reference numbers. I then had to call and with in a minute another gentleman had found the order how hard was that ey? Beyond furious now. 3 times 2 on social media I have been called and made out to be a liar. One thing I would never do in my job... I also do this job for a living. This has jus totally topped everything else now. My review is in actual fact truth. And does warrant staying put. I have a 14 month old baby on chemo and I am without a pram.

Great value for money. I have ordered twice from O4B, first was a travel system before my baby was born, the second was a car seat now she's 11 months and outgrown her newborn carseat. The travel system came with so many extra items that were really good quality and made what was already a bargain and absolute steal! We just received the new carseat, which was also in great condition and arrived much earlier than expected. Excellent company to deal with, will definitely use them again.
